Description

The Bia nXt-SPC (single pump controller) is a module intended to control and protect an individual 3 phase pump up to a nominal 15kW
The user can select a control logic sequence to match their application and enjoy the benefits of superior control and protection for the pump
3 Primary Control Logic Modes:
‘Drainage’  where control concentrated at the source
‘Boosting’ which references pressure switching for control
‘Transfer’ which is a mix of source and destination control nXt-SPC has 2x passive dry contracts and is equipped with a RS485 modbus interface to connect to a BMS
Protection Functions:
protection functions can be set, enabled or disabled independently over voltage, under voltage, dry run (under current), overload (over current), pump install, open phase protection, phase reversal, phase in-balance (input/output), pump anti-seize (96hr default), manual or auto operation, nxt-SPC has an audible alarm and a flashing light to indicate an alarm state, supports external alarm units, fault log, pump accumulated running time memory and pump start/stop delay time setting
