Our domestic freight options allow delivery to your business or residential addresses.
Delivery times between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be able to track your item/s once they have been dispatched from our warehouse and a unique tracking code has been sent through to your email address provided in sale transaction.
Delivery times are provided by our carriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carries control. To see the estimated delivery time, follow the steps to finalise your purchase and the shipping calculator will list the specifics to your delivery location.
If you are not at the address on the delivery date to sign for the item, a card from the freight company will be left containing the details to contact them and arrange for pick up or re-delivery. Pumps and Pipes is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery date.
If you have a safe place for the item to be left on delivery, this can be listed in the delivery notes. Pumps and Pipes or the freight company do not accept any responsibility of the items left once consent to leave the items has been indicated.
Buyers in remote areas such as mining camps, rural farms, islands etc will need to collect from the nearest freight depot. Large items take more time, so please allow some time for this.
We do ship internationally!
However at this stage we do not have this feature on our online shop.

In some cases, we may be temporarily out of stock of a particular product/s. In such cases, we will either hold your entire order for a few days until the item is in stock, or we may ship a partial order and then send the back ordered items separately when they become available.
If we ship a partial order, your payment method assigned to the transaction will be charged in full at the time of first shipment.
If your order will be delayed more than 5 business days, we will let you know the expected shipment date via email or a phone number (if provided).
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have a working solution to your water problems. If your item appears damaged or faulty upon arrival or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
If you receive your item damaged, we ask that you take photos upon receiving and send these over to us urgently.
We will not refund items due to change of mind, so please make sure you are selecting the correct item for your needs. Giving us a call to discuss the best solution for you is the safest way to make a purchase.

GENERAL EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Only items in new, unused condition will be accepted for an exchange or refund.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Items you return may be either exchanged or refunded, as you specify. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items: We try to ensure that all of the items we sell are defect-free, but sometimes a mistake will slip by. If you receive a defective item, take a photo and let us know ([email protected]) and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials and contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
