RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have a working solution to your water problems. If your item appears damaged or faulty upon arrival or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
If you receive your item damaged, we ask that you take photos upon receiving and send these over to us urgently.
We will not refund items due to change of mind, so please make sure you are selecting the correct item for your needs. Giving us a call to discuss the best solution for you is the safest way to make a purchase.

GENERAL EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Only items in new, unused condition will be accepted for an exchange or refund.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Items you return may be either exchanged or refunded, as you specify. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items: We try to ensure that all of the items we sell are defect-free, but sometimes a mistake will slip by. If you receive a defective item, take a photo and let us know ([email protected]) and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials and contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
